We’ve taken our love of the great outdoors to the next level and bought (and branded) our own farm. Located just outside of Goulburn in the town of Middle Arm, we use our 111 acres of freedom to get teams off the grid and into a creative mindset for strategic planning days.

This newly renovated luxury farmhouse is situated on 111 acres of pure heavenly countryside.
Featuring four luxurious bedrooms, a chef's kitchen and spacious entertaining areas, Rangers Lodge coolly blends country aesthetics with modern design.
Our newly created workshop space has a fireplace and multiple breakout areas to make the most of a full day of strategic planning and creative thinking. While all that hard work is taking place we rely on the award-winning food from Taralga’s Grand Ettie for lunch and then kick back to the newly appointed chefs kitchen and dining area to make you and your team a dinner you will not easily forget.
The house has a new three-way master bathroom (separate shower/bath, toilet and vanity areas to make it a versatile space for large groups) and a separate powder room; both appointed with beautiful black and white details. All four bedrooms have new plush wool carpet, luxury bedding and are intended to help you to feel cosy and at home. If you don’t mind sharing rooms with colleagues the house can sleep 6 adults; if everyone prefers the privacy of their own room then it sleeps a team of 4.
What else can you expect? We get all four seasons at Rangers Lodge. The summers are dry and hot, winters are cold (we often get a dusting of snow) and the shoulder seasons are truly magnificent as the trees start to bloom in the spring and change colours in the Autumn. The front yard also has an impressive number of fruit trees, including the juiciest grapes that you can eat right off the vine. In the afternoon we like to make use of our giant fire pit and sitting back with a drink in hand to watch the sun set over the mountain ranges of the Southern Highlands. The view and changing light is truly breathtaking. We also offer bespoke outdoor team building adventures/experience; on request.
